How do we know you are a registered company to provide transfers?

Snow and Trek Transfers is the trading name of SARl Morzine Project Management, SIRET 53034227800013. We are also holders of the European Certificate in Passenger Transport Management. Our French Licence number is (tba)

How do we pay for our transfer?

You can pay either in EUR cash on arrival, EUR bank transfer or we can take payment by credit card.

Who meets us at the airport and where?

You will be met in arrivals at Geneva International Airport on the Swiss side by your driver unless otherwise notified.

What if we are delayed or we have lost luggage?

In the case of a delay or lost luggage we try and wait but in the case of shared transfers this may not always be possible and in this case we will put you on the next available shared transfer. For private transfers if you are delayed or have lost luggage our driver waits for you.

What do you pick us up in?

We use 8 passenger seater minibuses or for larger groups coaches may be used.

Do you provide car seats for children?

Yes we do but these need to be specified in advance.

How long does the transfer take?

We would like to say to everyone 1hr 20min (Morzine) but due to traffic and weather it can take longer. Also on shared transfers it may take longer as you may not be the 1st drop off.

Can we drink on the transfer?

Sorry no food or drink may be consumed in the transfer vehicles. International law forbids the consumption of alcohol.

What happens for my departure from resort?

You will allocated a depart from resort normally 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure time. In the case of shared transfers or adverse weather this may increase to up to 4+ hours before your flight. For private transfers these are 3 hours before except in severe weather or in the very busy periods when it may be necessary to depart resort up to 4 hours before.

What if my accommodation is not available until later in the day?

We can store your luggage and arrange changing facilities for you.

Luggage?

All vans have space for 8 passengers with a suitcase and a small extra bag – if you are 8 big guys all with large snowboard bags please give us a warning!

What if on departure I have a late flight can you pick up my luggage?

Yes we can and it is stored at our office in the centre of Morzine.
